What are you accountable for achieving?

- Manage and develop client relationships

- Ensure that an effective and open communication strategy is in place with customers with regular structured reviews with appropriate contacts
- Ensure that customer requirements are clearly defined and documented for the Service Delivery Team
- Set-up and maintain account plans for each key account
- Carry out site visits and audits to identify&amp;nbsp; / design the most effective solutions for the collection and recycling of waste products and redundant materials in support of ongoing operations, account management and business development requirements

What will you need as a successful&amp;nbsp; Account Manager?

- Recognised waste management qualifications (Desirable)
- Recognised Microsoft Office products training: Excel; Powerpoint; Word (Desirable)

- &amp;gt;2 years experience of the waste / recycling industry with specific experience of managing waste requirements and contractors
- Technical Knowledge of waste management equipment / solutions
- &amp;gt;2 year experience within a customer facing role
- Excellent analytical skills combined with high level of Microsoft Office capability: Word; Excel; Powerpoint
- Financially competent with previous budget responsibility

The role

We are looking for an experienced Warehouse / Logistics Administrator to assist us through a period of continuous growth. This is a fast paced role based in the heart of a fast paced distribution centre. You will be responsible for the accurate administration of all products that are being distributed or returned to our Warehouse. There is a vast amount of customer liaison in this role, dealing with discrepancies and keeping the customer informed throughout the whole process. You will work closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth operation is maintained and stock levels are accurately maintained.

What we are looking for

Ideally we are looking for candidates with a background in a similar role. Essentially you must have exceptional I.T. skills and the ability to prioritise a heavy workload. Knowledge of the goods inwards / outwards process would be advantageous although not essential. The ideal candidate must possess an excellent telephone manner and clear communication skills. This position is available for an immediate start and is initially offered on a 6 month rolling contract.
