The Role
The Oracle Finance Systems Specialist will be responsible for maintaining all Oracle system financial calendars in support of all my clients Operating Company requirements. You will be responsible for supporting all Oracle financial operations in the production of regular period end management accounts and also all half-year and full-year statutory reporting along with  maintaining all account code values in all Oracle Finance modules, ensuring full data and accounting integrity and to include all documentation and procedures. You will offer improvement recommendations, troubleshooting, implementation, configuration and support, leverage the use of Oracle Finance modules to improve Finance function productivity and key business processes along with 1st line administration and support for all finance users via the telephone and email for all Oracle finance modules (AR, AP, FA, CM &amp; GL) including
resolving user queries and maintenance of finance account hierarchies. This will also include user administration by adding, removing amending users and authority levels in line with audit guidelines for the segregation of duties.

The Ideal Candidate

The Oracle Finance Systems Specialist that I will be looking for will have at least 3 years hands-on experience of using and configuring Oracle E-business Suite 11.5.10 and R12.1 and in-depth experience of Oracle Finance modules AP, AR, FA, CM, GL, with a good understanding of finance module interfaces with Oracle Procurement, eAM and Inventory.
You will have experience of Oracle report writing solutions and have an accountancy background (Ideally Part Qualified ACCA, CIMA, ACA or above). The ideal candidate will have solid business acumen with in depth understanding of financial business operation flows and flexibility towards working pattern as job holder may be on call. The Ideal Candidate

The Oracle Financial Planning and Reporting Manager that I am looking for will have extensive Oracle Financial Planning and Reporting functional skills with a minimum of 2 years hands-on experience of using and configuring Oracle OBIEE and Hyperion. You will have a solid knowledge of financial systems Oracle E-business Suite 11.5.10 and R12.1
